Fab opportunity in Leeds for an experienced brand and packaging Senior Designer/Design Director to come in and lead, mentor, develop, train, and inspire a talented team of brand and packaging designers.
This friendly, independent design agency have a team who love working collaboratively, constantly learning, and bouncing ideas from each other, so they chose to work in their offices in central Leeds Monday to Friday (so this is not a hybrid role).
What you’ll need:
• Proven experience developing and creating long term partnerships with clients, using your design expertise to inspire confidence and to identify new creative opportunities.
• You’ll have an enviable portfolio that must include branding, packaging and identity.
• A proven track record of leading and winning pitches, you’ll have the confidence to present engaging, exciting design rationale and solutions for each client.
What you’ll do:
• You’ll be a ‘people person’ who others want to look up to and actively contribute to the team culture.
• You’ll create the work of the highest standard, solving brand and business challenges along the way.
• Champion exciting, new unique ideas, and motivate others to push boundaries where appropriate.
• Oversee projects, directing and constructively critiquing design.
